A member of the S.C.C.P.O.A. with immediate family and guests (not to exceed
15 persons) may use a single tent cabin for 3 nights without a deposit, however
a reservation is required. Any use of a single tent cabin by a member of
the S.C.C.P.O.A. beyond 3 nights will require a $30 deposit per cabin per
night. Board members who are at the property will void this $30 deposit requirement.
Any group wishing to reserve a tent cabin will add $30 per cabin per night to all categories listed in Deposit Schedule B. Fees can be adjusted by the Executive Board. All deposits are subject to forfeiture to pay for damages. Damages exceeding the amount of the deposit will be billed to the host member/group.
We attempt to keep the rest rooms stocked with toilet paper and soap. We expect groups staying more than one day/night to replace the supplies that they use for their group. We also expect that the bathrooms will be left as clean as we keep them.
Please take your garbage with you when you leave. Groups can arrange to pay for refuse removal and may be charged for refuse removal if they fail to clean up and take their trash with them.
Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Reservations may
be secured at any time by submitting a deposit according to the deposit schedules.
